I’ve been taking Restore 3 for over a year now. I believe this has been the single most important supplement I’ve ever taken in my life. I also use their Restore Mg magnesium oil spray to help me sleep incredibly deeply. Gone is the brain fog and fatigue that I’ve battled for years. It took some diligence to follow the protocol and I didn’t feel anything happening until about the middle of week 5 and was noticing waking up more rested and alert, which would last throughout the day. Herxheimer reaction is real and can be a drag but it’s well worth going through to feel this way. I will say you have a customer for life.
