We’ve found that the ideal time to take Restore 3 is the first thing in the morning or just before going to bed and on an empty stomach. You’ll want to take Restore 3 at least an hour away from food and with at least a 6 oz. glass of water. The rule of thumb is you want to start slow, then build up your dosage until you begin to feel the die-off reaction, then continue maintaining that dosage. You may want to start with 2 capsules, and eventually work your way up to 8 capsules, spaced evenly throughout the day. The idea is to try and keep the Restore 3 enzymes circulating through your body. We’ve personally experimented temporarily increasing the dosage to up to 12 Restore 3 capsules per day. Once you begin to feel the effects of die-off, don’t push yourself any further and either stay at the current dosage or slightly lower it until you are comfortable. This will help ensure you are at the proper threshold for your particular biofilm disruption needs. There is an art to this process and it will be different for everyone who does this.
