This goes for good and bad biofilms. But the benefit is, once the bad biofilm colonies are exposed, our body’s defense cells are now able to easily eliminate those exposed, individual bad bacteria. Your body knows the good bacteria and will not harm them. And within a matter of hours, their biofilms grow back, while the bad colonies of microbes are eliminated.

We’ve found that the ideal time to take Restore 3 is the first thing in the morning or just before going to bed and on an empty stomach. You’ll want to take Restore 3 at least an hour away from food and with at least a 6 oz. glass of water. If taken with food, the enzymes in Restore 3 will simply work on digesting your food, rather than working systemically to break down biofilm and fibrin and other contributors to chronic symptoms.

The rule of thumb is you want to start slow, then build up your dosage until you begin to feel the die-off reaction, then continue maintaining that dosage. You may want to start with 2 capsules, and eventually work your way up to 8 capsules, spaced evenly throughout the day. The idea is to try and keep the Restore 3 enzymes circulating through your body. We’ve personally experimented temporarily increasing the dosage to up to 12 Restore 3 capsules per day. But this is the extreme and not suggested. 8 spread out your day is plenty for an accelerated dose.

Once you begin to feel the effects of die-off, don’t push yourself any further and either stay at the current dosage or slightly lower it until you are comfortable. This will help ensure you are at the proper threshold for your particular biofilm disruption needs. There is an art to this process and it will be different for everyone who does this. But the key is to increase dosage until you begin to feel some of the early effects of biofilm disruption, such as light-headedness, possible fatigue or feeling “out of sorts” for a while. But you never want to push it, so be sure to go easy during this phase and lower dosage or take a break if you feel like you need to.
