Biofilms can grow back within hours, there have been numerous studies now confirming this. But the benefit is, once the bad biofilm colonies are exposed, our body’s defense cells are now able to easily eliminate those exposed, individual bad bacteria. Your body knows the good bacteria and will not harm them. And within a matter of hours, their biofilms grow back, while the bad colonies of microbes are eliminated.
